Chemshun alumina ceramic cylinder is mainly combined with high quality rubber to be used as wear protection material in mining industry, power plant, steel plant, etc. This ceramics rubber complex panel is a highly wear resistant surface of cylindrical alumina ceramic rods bound within a resilient rubber matrix. The extremely hard ceramic elements provide unsurpassed resistance to wear, while the elastic properties of the rubber effectively dampen the impact forces, which is used in heavy wear areas characterized by both impact & abrasion with small angle of impact where cost to life ratio is more important than low initial cost.
The alumina cylinder boned rubber wear panel has excellent impact resistant performance against other wear resistant material. Thanks to the excellent wear and impact resistance performance, the alumina cylinder can help to expend the life time of the equipment effectively.
