How to Improve the Transmission Efficiency of Wear-resistant Ceramic Pipeline

In recent years, the application of wear-resistant ceramic pipes has become more and more common, especially in modern industry. For large-diameter pipes, ceramic liner paste is generally used to install wear-resistant ceramic pipes, and the shape of the lining ceramic can be selected according to the actual working environment, such as selecting the patch wear-resistant ceramics or welding wear-resistant ceramics according to the temperature, to ensure that the temperature will not have too much impact on the pipeline. For small diameter pipes, ceramic rings can also be selected as pipe liners for easy installation.

In practical application, common wear-resistant ceramic pipes are mainly used in metallurgy, thermal power, steel, cement and other fields of equipment, especially subjected to strong powder washing or slurry abrasion serious equipment.  For example, wear-resistant ceramic pipes can be selected for coal mill export pipes, smelter dust removal equipment, air pipe elbows, coal transport and ash transport systems.  For equipment under high temperature conditions, wear-resistant ceramic pipes can also be used as a good high-temperature pipe lining.

Wear-resistant ceramic pipe is more and more common in modern industry, it has the characteristics of wear-resistant, corrosion resistance and heat resistance, which can significantly increase the service life of equipment and improve the efficiency of equipment transportation.
