For the problem of ceramic tile falling off, it is necessary to design a suitable scheme according to the working condition. If it is high temperature that causes wear-resistant ceramics to fall off, it is necessary to cooperate with the use of high temperature resistant ceramic glue, or high temperature cement, there will be no ceramic fall off.
If the material impact force is too large to cause wear-resistant ceramic tiles fall off, it means that ordinary ceramic tiles have been unable to resist this great impact, the need to use impact-resistant wear-resistant lining tile, such as ceramic composite lining plate, or welded anti-peeling lining plate. Ceramic composite lining plate is composed of rubber, ceramic and steel plate. Rubber can cushion the impact force of materials. Coupled with the high wear resistance of ceramics, it can be used in the working condition with large impact force. And the welded ceramic lining plate, it has a conical hole in the middle, in addition to the inorganic adhesive paste, but also need to use bolts through the conical hole and the equipment welded together, forming a double fixing effect, so as to ensure that the ceramic lining plate is not easy to fall off.
