Power plant pulverized coal pipeline is often prone to wear very serious, especially the elbow part, coupled with frequent maintenance costs increase, so to solve the wear of the pipeline has become the top priority.

We recommend the use of alumina wear-resistant ceramics such as high wear-resistant materials.  Wear-resistant ceramics are based on AL2O3 as the main raw material, rare metal oxides as the flux, and special corundum ceramics baked at 1,700 degrees high temperature, with a Rockwell hardness of HRA80-90, hardness second only to diamond, and wear resistance equivalent to 266 times that of manganese steel and 171.5 times that of high chromium cast iron.  Wear-resistant ceramics are special materials with high wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.  The use of wear-resistant ceramics in pulverized coal pipeline can effectively reduce the wear of the pipeline and greatly extend the service life of the pipeline.

Wear-resistant ceramics can be installed on the elbow or tee inner wall of the pulverized coal pipeline to protect the pipeline from material wear, and it can also be made into wear-resistant pipes integrated with ceramic and steel parts. It is very suitable to solve the problem of pipeline wear with wear-resistant ceramics, ceramics are easy to install, will not bring blockage problems to the pipeline, and even can resist the corrosion of materials, wear-resistant ceramics are also very good for corrosive environments.

In addition, wear-resistant ceramics can also be used for valves, pumps and other components of pulverized coal pipelines to improve their wear resistance.
